Season’s Greetings and Best Wishes for Peace and Solidarity in the New Year

The United Nations Association of Iran (UNA-IRAN) extends its warmest greetings to all colleagues, members, and the wider United Nations community on the occasion of Christmas and conveys its best wishes in advance for the year 2026.

The past year has been marked by significant challenges and hardships a cross many parts of the world. Despite these difficulties, our collective commitment to the core values of the United Nations, peace, human dignity, equality, justice, and solidarity, has remained steadfast and has continued to guide and inspire our shared efforts.

As we look ahead, we express our sincere hope that the coming year will be one of peace, stability, and freedom from war and violence. We reaffirm our determination to work with renewed resolve toward the restoration, strengthening, and expansion of sustainable peace and equality, and to further advance and support the goals and principles of the United Nations worldwide.

The United Nations Association of Iran wishes everyone a New Year filled with health, hope, and success, and reiterates its continued commitment to supporting the mission of the United Nations and working together to build a more just, peaceful, and secure world.
